Joint consult: The next time you see your allergist, ask the most tursted family member(s) to come along to see the gravity of your issue. In the meanwhile, be sure to have at leat 2 epinephrine autoinjectors with you at all times.

See Allergist: If you've had concerning reactions to food in the past, it would be wise to see an Allergist. They can perform skin prick or blood testing at the time and determine what your exact sensitivities are. An epinephrine Autoinjector can be prescribed as well to be carried with you at all times should a reaction occur. In the meantime avoid all concerning foods until proper evaluation is completed
