See Allergist: If you've had concerning reactions to food in the past, it would be wise to see an Allergist. They can perform skin prick or blood testing at the time and determine what your exact sensitivities are. An epinephrine Autoinjector can be prescribed as well to be carried with you at all times should a reaction occur. In the meantime avoid all concerning foods until proper evaluation is completed
