Learn from mistake!: The best thing you can do is thank your lucky stars that your 1st try was a bad experience. Don't do it again! They mean it when they say that meth kills! It may take a few years, but it really does terrible damage. No way to know exactly what garbage the producers of the stuff threw in and what unintended debris just happened too. If you get over it, good - if it seems worse, go to ER.
