Not usually: Weight bearing exercises should not interfere with proper growth providing nutrition is adequate and exercise is not excessive.

Military presses: Military presses etc. should cause you no trouble if you don't overdo things. At 15 you are getting closer to reaching your maximum height - usually between age 15-18. Have your pediatrician send you a copy of your growth curves - you are most likely to be on the curve or a bit taller. You should only be concerned if you are growing below the curve.
