Baby menses: Girl babies have all the girl parts and the hormones of pregnancy will cause their uterus to be stimulated. A percentage will have menstrual blood flow, enough to be noticed, as early as 2-3 days but seldom more than 10 days after birth. Some just have a mucousy show. It is normal.Skipping a few days to stool is also common.
