That is unpredictable but it does sound like she is about to start her menstrual cycle. it can be very irregular in the beginning.

That may be the beginning as periods in pubescent girls start earlier these days due to better nutrition. Initial periods, for her, will be sporadic and not regular until after breast development is completed and ovulation begins.
