Usually normal.: In girls her age, physiologic leukorrhea is the most common vaginal discharge not accompanied by other symptoms. The vulva is not inflamed and there is no odor, this vaginal drainage increases 6 to 12 months before the first period. I would expect that she already has some breast development and pubic hair, but is not completely developed yet. Otherwise, she should see her pediatrician.
