Stomach pain: Many possibilities. Need much more information. Age, history of infections, how long with problems, travel history, any fever, menstrual history, change in bowel habits. skin rashes, contaminated water or food.

Need more testing : a lot of times, your problem will turn out to be nothing with more alarming symptoms. But it can be a beginning of serious illness. May need further testing like urine test, blood count, liver function test, colonoscopy. If symptom persists more than one to two weeks or started to have more alarming symptoms, go get it checked. Take care of your self.
