Possibly: you need to seek medical attention because you are anemic and the dark stools may indicate you are losing blood from somewhere in your GI tract. With your burning pain you may have an ulcer that is bleeding. So you need to see a doctor to rule this out soon so you don't lose more blood. If you do have a bleeding ulcer the doctor can scope you and stop the bleeding

GI bleed: it seems you may have an upper GI bleed and I would suggest a complete workup ASAP
