Ginger tea: I'm a strong advocate of ginger - boil a few slices in water x 10 min, add some honey and drink - it should help with stomach pains and nausea. "Volume" -that is beverages (without caffeine!) can help when you have GI losses like yours. Fluids will help with 'strength' as well-restoring some energy. Another drink I like is hot chocolate-melt dark chocolate in hot water. No milk, but little sugar.
