See dentist here: Suggest to see dentist immediately to avoid additional complications during your stay. The dentist can correspond with your dentist via e-mail, exchanging x-rays and information on your behalf.

In agreement: I can certainly understand that it is easier to treat your problem back in your homeland. The fact is that your problem may not be able to wait that long. OTC pain meds can help, but if you have an infection or an exposed nerve, then treatment cannot be put off. There are excellent dentists here in the US, and you just might have to visit one very soon.

Dentist ASAP: Too risky not to get treated now. Problem could escalate close to your return home and prevent your flight home.
