Not a problem: No question is ever dumb. If you don't know the answer it is likely neither do a lot of other people. A small piece of tissue is highly unlikely to cause you any harm. It will either come out with one of your BMs or the moisture of the rectum will dissolve it.

It's ok.: A small piece of paper attached to the anus or in rectum shouldn't cause toxic shock. It will likely be passed with a bowel movement.
