Doesn't matter: Once the cholesterol or fat enters your body, it doesn't matter how dilute, it is the quantity ingested and your body's ability to absorb. Cholesterol can be bound by resins that keep it from being absorbed (cholestyramine), or absorption blocked by alli, but diluted doesn't help.
