See a doc: Without full history exam, and tests a wrong diagnosis can be made and keep you from proper treatment. In general these kind of complaints can be blood pressure change, cardiac or seizure - a classic syncope vs seizure workup might be needed. Near fainting can be serious as many serious injuries are caused by falls. See your doctor as soon as possible - and best of luck.
