Extraction: An extraction can be traumatic to the oral tissues. Can't tell how much your wound is bleeding, but placing sterile gauze and pressure on the site for at least 15 min should stop the bleeding, repeat if necessary until the bleeding stops. Regarding the pain, pain meds should be taken, either OTC or by prescription. If you do not have a prescription, call your surgeon or dentist. Feel better soon..

Up to 24 hours: You should resume dental routine after 24 hours. If you have bleeding and severe pain continued beyond 24 hours call our surgeon for post-op visit immediately.
