Best to ask person: who did the biopsies & then compare with actual results. Superficial shave biopsies, the more superficial they are, are less likely to result in a visible scar but never any guarantees. Detailed plastic surgery technique closures are generally the least likely to produce obvious scaring but require more physician time, skill, magnification & hidden sutures.

Not likely...: Provided that no further tissue removal is required, the areas will fill in and slowly dissapear. It will take longer in darker pigmented skin.
