May not need to: After the pregnancy, the vein might shrink enough in size that you won't pay much attention to it any more. I wouldn't be in a hurry to think about messing with it after the baby comes. Wait for at least 3-6 months before you even consider doing anything and if you decide you want to have something done, see a vein specialist and get at least one second opinion.

Need a consult: I would recommend consulting a vascular surgeon as well as a plastic surgeon to see what kinds of options are available to you after your pregnancy..
