See dermatologist: My gut feeling on this is that you should be very cautious in dealing with veins on the fore head. There are some laser devices that might help, but would obtain and discuss all of the potential risks and side effects for this type of procedure. It certainly would be a good idea to determine the cause of such a problem 1st before undergoing any tx.
