Headache: Try resting in a cool dark room, try ibuprofen/tylenol for headache. If continues to get worse, then go to the ER or urgent care center for further workup. Check your blood pressure as well (high BP can cause headaches). Unsure if you have history of chronic headaches.

Need evaluation: A headache of this degree, if you are not a known migraine headache person, should be evaluated by a doctor today. If you are a known migraine person,take your prescribed migraine medication (which will not work as well during the attack as it would if you used it at the beginning of the attack) and pain med.you might have had prescribed for a situation such as this. follow up with your doctor.
