See below: Typically the range for normal AST =10-40 units per liter and ALT=7 - 56 units per liter. Unsure which number you have listed. But if your liver enzymes are trending upwards, I would refrain from alcohol and repeat lab work within 3 months.

Liver Test: first of all we would need to know which test. Secondly alcohol can increase liver tests. Thirdly doubtful this small rise is significant. Lastly, thank you for your service Sir!
