See dr get treated: A consideration could be a nerve entrapment or exercise induced compartment syndrome. The pressure can build up during exercise to cause a transient ischemia where blood flow can diminish to a nerve. The symptoms can be related to knee as well. An examination is indicated if necessary possible testing.
