I had diarrhea and vomitin on feb 19 and then on feb 20 i was back to normal but this morning on feb 21 i had diarrhea and vomitin again what cause it?

Those viruses: If you are healthy, any kinds of lab tests are not recommended at all. Take plenty of fluids and rest. Contrary to what was believed in the past, you can take anti-diarrheal agents like Imodium (loperamide) if needed. Hope this helps.
