Yes: Yes, prolonged fastoing, for more than 24 hours, can lead to a full gallbladder and a false positive. Eating within an hour or 2 can lead to a false positive as well.

Yes: Yes...false positive can occur with prolonged fasting. If you fast for >24 hours then the gallbladder may already be filled and fail to fill with the radiotracer.
