Probably not : Dysfunctional gall bladder usually refers to the opening to the gallbladder (sphincter of oddi) being spastic.. Therefore causing symptoms of RUQ pain. This is not usually related to h pylori. H pylori is the bacteria related to gastric/stomach ulcers.

Possibly: H. Pylori species, have been implicated as a possible cause of chronic gall bladder disease, inflammation in bile ducts, gall-bladder carcinoma and primary hepatic carcinomas. Dna of h. Pylori have been found in association with gall bladder disease but not the presence of the viable organisms. Further research needs to be performed to see if this organism causes biliary diseases.

No: You have two separate problems, infection with h pylori and dysfunction of the gallbladder. Hope this helps.
