Please clarify ... : Are your problems with your #1 (urination) or #2 (BM)? That information would be most helpful. A common cause, though, would be dehydration - not taking in enough fluids before/during/after vigorous exercise. Hope that helps.

Remember : You may need to improve your hydration status. Also, make sure your diet is rich in fiber on the order of at least 20 grams per day. While not incredibly data driven, in Ayurveda tradition, the day is started out with some warm water with lemon in it to stimulate and cleanse the intestinal tract. It can't hurt to try it out.
