Good day, i am almost 36 weeks pregnant and have yellow watery diarrhoea for 4 days now. if i eat or drink anything i have to run to the bathroom sometimes i also vomit. must i go to the labour and delivery?

Gastrointestinal sx': Am concerned the inability to keep anything in, could lead to signifcant dehydation. At minimum, I recommend contacting your physician or on call provider so that you can get further guidance. You may need intravenous hydration.

Agree with Dr. F: If the diarrhea has not subsided, you should go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital for evaluation and treatment. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
