Diarrhea diet: Most pediatricians will recommend the BRAT diet for children with diarrhea ( Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast). Most vegetables are fine to feed during this time, but excessive fruits (especially those low in fiber or acidic) may contribute to or make diarrhea worse.
