Yes.: At 24 you are probably up to date on your tetanus, but be sure. Re: the bleeding, you may have hit a tiny vessel. The 1st step to stop the bleeding would be to apply pressure. You can place some gauze pads and wrap them with an ace wrap. Leave this in place for 20 minutes and then check (remove the ace wrap and the outer gauze, leave last piece of gauze in place.) If still bleeding see MD.
