Hi i have found a lump on the side of my mouth. i thought it was just the effects of a sore throat but when lookin in the mirror notice the large lump?

Salivary duct stone: It could be a stone in the duct of submandibular salivary gland with consequent enlargement of the gland. Sucking on a slice of lemon may help dislodge the stone and reduce the lump.
