See Dermatologist: To see if in fact are spider bites & not another issue/tick/bed bugs. Take photos of stages. Consider precautions: mattress cover; cover body with Skin so soft or other natural noxious smell for insects/bugs/ mosquito net, etc.

I suspect that these: lesions may not be spider bits. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
