Weight gain: I would suggest that you reconsider your desire to be "fat", what with all the medical morbidity associated with obesity and excess weight. This may somehow be a cultural issue but most doctors would be hesitant to recommend becoming "obese". Rethink your desires!

Eat well & Exercise: if you are 5 feet you should be around 100lb in weight. and for each additional inch add 5 to 6lb of weight. balanced food with good amount of protein and regular exercise will improve your Muscle tome and muscle mass and you will be able to gain weight.
