See a doctor: upper abdominal pain mean either gallbladder problem, or a stomach problem like ulcer. ulcer could bleed, and might be a blood in the stool if the blood in the stool is bright red, it is not coming from the stomach for sure. you might have two different problems the pain, and the blood in the stool. see a doctor they will evaluate you, and either assure you, or treat you. good luck
