No allergy!: You p0robably don't have any clear allergy. Ibuprofen (advil, motrin) is not tylenol (acetaminophen). People who are sensitive to Ibuprofen may suffer reactions to acetaminophen. However, the pain in your teeth is more likely to be due to sinusitis, particularly if your maxillary (upper) teeth are hurting. See your physician.
