GERD/Diarrhea: It appears you have multiple issues going on. GERD can make you feel nauseous. Diarrhea right after eating could be intolerant to certain foods. I would see a gastroenterologist or your primary physician asap. For relieve with heart burn you may try over the counter omeprazole, nexium, (esomeprazole) or ranitidine.

Heartburn: I would be worried about your gallbladder or esophagitis and possibly a peptic ulcer. I would take some antireflux medicine like prilosec OTC and avoid spicy and fat foods. I would also see your physician asap to get further tests. Hope this helps

Gi reactions: You are describing both upper and lower gi symptoms after eating a meal and this pattern is somewhat unusual. I would think that GERD and irritable bowel syndrome occur in your case. Learn what type foods are problematic. Taking prilosec daily and an antispasmodic medication like bentyl (dicyclomine) before meals can control symptoms. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you, however
