Dont be: First, be sure you are undergoing cognitive behavioral therapy. The meds are much more likely to work if you combine meds with learning new stress reduction skills. Exercise can be helpful too. Fluoxetine is an appropriate treatment for anxiety and does not have dangerous side effects.

?????!: Are you having any side effects? By law they have to print up everything even reported, even if it really wasn't proven to be the drug or statistically different from a placebo pill. If you are not having side effects you probably never will and should not be concerned about that because you are tolerating it. If your doctor would suggest a higher dose that would probably be fine too !
