Sleep apnea: Sleep apnea is quite common in children due to enlarged tonsils. It is tied in to ADHD among other things. I wouldn't hesitate to have your doctor order up a sleep study to see whether surgery is recommended. The snoring is an indicator of airway blockage that shouldn't be ignored.

Mgt/workup: I would recommend nasal steroids and an antihistamine. If she reacts to certain triggers avoiding those triggers will help to control the symptoms. If she snores four times per week or more, has changes in her behavior/school performance, this should addressed. If her adenoids are enlarged, typically in reaction to the allergic reaction, removing them is another effective option.
