No Best Age: There is no perfect age to conceive but the longer women wait, the more risks there are to mom and baby. For example, the risk of having baby with Down Syndrome increases every year after age 35 years. While overall risk is low, health concerns for baby and mom increase with age which is something to consider. Can have eggs frozen if really concerned. That being said 30 is not old, no worries!
