Thorough evaluation : recurrent yeast infections does not have to mean diabetes. Remember the successful treatment means the antifungal medication and clean underwear everyday, sometimes completely new underwear. You need to then get the flora back to normal. You are not alone and this does happen to many patients. Don't get discouraged. Watch what you are eating and sometimes take antibiotic with antifungal.
