Self diagnosis: Hi. Please avoid the temptation to self diagnose. The tests specifically look at kidney FUNCTION (i.e., serum creatinine and estimated GFR), so how can you say the tests are normal, but your kidneys don't function OK?! Unless there is kidney infection or kidney stones, kidney pain doesn't localize well. It may not even be your kidneys that are hurting. If you need second opinion, see nephrologist
