L small or R large: Likely mean left kidney now smaller: ?Following kidney infection followed by scarring & contraction, ?Renal artery stenosis, ?Embolus/clot obstructing main or branch renal artery, ?Artery or venous thrombosis, ?Kidney damage following surgery for stone. If right kidney larger: could be from obstruction or tumor.

Respected Docs, I had creatinine was 1.06 two weeks ago urea 5, now creatinin is 0.94 urea is 4 but uric acid is 384 (borderline is 340). Kidney screening is within normal ranges. What is the reason of creatinine fluctation.Can it be begining of CKD?
There was a slightly hyperechoic focus in the lower pole of left kidney, may represent normal cortical lobulation, however underlying lesion can not be ruled out. All else normal, mildly Elevated liver enzymes , Am I freaking out for no reason?
