Hard to say: how much more muscle you can add without knowing your current height, weight and body fat %. If you are 5'10", 160lbs and 14% body fat, you might be able to add 50 or more lbs. If 5'3" 160lbs and 9% body fat considerably less. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
