Axillary pimples: this is most likely from irritated skin as in a reaction to your soap or deodorant . If you shave that area it could cause this. Keep the area clean and avoid your deodorant for a few days to,see if helps. If it worsens or continues it could be a bacterial infection which would need to be seen by a health care provider.
