Fenofibrate did it effect on liver functions if it been taken for long period and did legalon 140 refresh liver and then can stop taking fenofibrate?

Fenofibrate: Fenofibrate can cause abnormal liver tests, and if that occurs, the Fenofibrate may need to be stopped. There is no evidence to suggest, however, that Legalon (milk thistle) is effective for Fenofibrate-induced liver test abnormalities. I would avoid alcohol if your liver tests are abnormal. Good luck.
