Possibly...: It is never normal to have bleeding during pregnancy, but it is common. There are several things than can cause spotting or pinkish discharge early in pregnancy. I recommend you get seen by an OB/GYN as soon as possible. If you have severe abdominal pain, should go to nearest ER.
