Not Pregnant: Nope. Bleeding is the definition of not being pregnant or of a miscarriage. We no longer, in medicine, use any 'symptoms' to diagnose or describe pregnancy. Symptoms of hormonal fluctuations are often described as 'pregnancy' symptoms, but this diagnosis is too narrow and leads to significant stress in women and their friends.
