UTI? See doctor ASAP: You don't say what you mean by "issues urinating". But if it burns when you pass urine, and/or if there is frequent or urgent urination ("Gotta go right NOW!"), you may have a urinary tract infection, and the other symptoms (fever?) suggest it may be a serious one. See a doctor ASAP -- skip work if you need to -- this may require an antibiotic urgently. Good luck!
