Aftertime i urinate i have the urge to go again, and have urge to go all night after i urinate and just in general even if i haven't drank in anything for a while and light burning tried flomax didn't work had issue for past year now, mild burning?

Urologist: A urologist is best to sort this out and order appropriate testing as you've had these symptoms for a prolonged period. . I doubt flomax would relieve this type of urinary frequency and burning on urination. Chronic inflammation and/or infection of the urethra, prostate or urinary bladder are possibilities.
