What causes my sac to be too small for my fetus and what are the dangers to myself and the baby?

Maybe not important: Generally if the fetus grows normally and appropriately you can ignore the sac size. If you submit some information: like # of weeks, measurements, etc..., might be able to comment further. Good wishes.
