Evaluation needed: are the normally white part of your eyes yellow? If so, you need to tell your parent to take you to your doctor. Please tell your parent that you are concerned about your yellow eyes and to take you to see a doctor immediately. More information is needed before a doctor can make a full diagnosis.

Get worked up: You're old enough to start taking charge of your health care and demanding explanations. Your parents may know; if so, insist they explain. I'm betting you have chronic jaundice from Gilbert's, hemolysis (do you have spherocytosis? Sickle-C? others), or some other cause. If they're not helpful, pick up the phone and tell your personal physician you're old enough for an explanation.
