Time to see Dr: Yellowing of the whites of the eyes is almost exclusively due to elevated bilirubin levels (/jaundice), due to some liver issue, which could be medication-caused, from an infection, or other sources. Needs to see pediatrician for history/exam/lab work to determine source and course for treatment.

Jaundice: If the whites of the eyes are yellow that is jaundice and might be something serious. See the pediatrician for a proper referral to a liver specialist and/or ophthalmologist.
