Yes but unusual: Rosacea is a common inflammatory condition of the skin and almost always affects specific areas of the face. The most commonly involved areas include the area between the eyebrows, the nose, upper cheeks, and chin. The chronic inflammation is manifested by redness and flushing, papule formation resembling acne, and broken blood vessels. Although rare, the neck and chest may also be involved.
